Speaker : Aref Sadeghi Googhari

Aref Sadeghi Googhari, a senior student studying Computer Engineering and Science at the Texas A&M University. He will be working for Edgile LLC after graduation as a software consultant. He has been the president of the Texas A& M University Secular Student Alliance group since 2021 and helped organize weekly meetings for members, tabling events on campus, and debates with Ratio Christi (an apologetic Christian organization on TAMU campus). Music : Brightwire

Brightwire began as the Americana duo of Samuel and Kimberly Barker. Since the release of their first album, A Place to Call Home, they have expanded into a trio with the addition of Michael Helfenstein (The Grizzly Band), as well as other guest musicians. Their new album, Cracked, Flawed and Frayed, sees the band moving from the stripped-down acoustic numbers of their debut to a full band Folk-Rock/Alt. Country presentation. The heart of the songs remain the same, but things just rock more now.
